After using Platinum Pro Painters I would highly recommend using their services. From the time I got my estimate until the time they completed I found they were on time every day, the painters were very competent and very professional.

I had asked for some recommendations on colours for painting my hallways and rooms, I ended up getting some excellent ideas and ended up going with the colours that were recommended. My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Platinum Pro Painters. The customer service and sales process was very low stress thanks to Todd who seems to be available 24/7 to help you through the process. The crew were very efficient and did a fantastic job paying close attention to detail and not accepting anything less than perfection.

We had a problem early on that the wrong finish of paint was purchased but Platinum Pro accepted responsibility and made sure the job was done right – something you may not experience with other contractors. We also had the guys scrape our popcorn ceilings. Again a fantastic, however time consuming and labour intensive job. In my opinion, the end result was well worth the money.

We shopped around quite a bit and in the end, decided to go with Platinum Pro due to cost, reputation and the level of comfort we had with Todd. With the job having just been completed to our extreme satisfaction, we couldn’t be happier with our choice.
